As you can see upgrading to the newest version would cost a small fortune. The server has the library expansion, Deduplication, Windows, VMware, Applications, Unix licenses. Would be greatful, if some one help me with this issue.

As we have 2014, it does not qualify for upgrade pricing according to Veritas, so this limits my options even more. In my company, I am an admin who deals with the backups, with this being said, budget is not there for a upgrade at this time.
